IAPS Cover Competition
Location: IAPS Biennial Convention NM

All PAC members may apply. Deadline is Oct 10,2008.
IAPS announces its 7th Biennial Convention Catalogue Cover Competition. The prize winner will receive a $100 award, two points towards IAPS Master Circle status, and the winning painting will be published on the 2009 IAPS Convention Catalogue and in other international convention publicity. Winning work will be displayed at the Convention in Albuquerque, NM from May 28 - 31, 2009

17th Annual PAC Open Juried Exhibition

All artists working in the medium of Dry Pastel are invited to enter the Pastel Artists.Ca "Purely Pastel" 17th Juried Exhibition. Deadline for submissions is June 1, 2008. Juror Dawn White Beatty - Artist, Curator, Instructor and Writer. All are welcome to the Opening Reception August 14, 2008, 7-9 pm. in the Jean & Ross Fischer Gallery at the Art Gallery of Hamilton, 123 King St. W. Hamilton, ON L8P 4S8. Prizes and awards will be presented at that time. Show runs from August 9th to September 14th. Don't miss it!

12th IAPS Juried Web Exhibition

The 12th juried competition of the International Association of Pastel Societies will be hosted on the IAPS web site. www.pastelinternational.com . There will be one first prize of a $600 gift certificate from Jack Richeson Company, Inc. for the top prize. The second and third prizes are $300 gift certificates from Jack Richeson Co., Inc. Fourth prize is a 78 color Assortment of Great American Pastels $300 value. Honorable Mentions are several publications courtesy of F & W Publications. All entries must be received by August 8, 2008. All PAC members may enter.
